The Space
Imagine starting your days with breathtaking sunrises over the water, followed by thrilling adventures such as swimming and boating in and around the expansive lake, kicked off right from your private dock. The home’s spacious patio is the perfect spot for sunbathing while sipping on a refreshing cocktail, the outdoor table hosting a delicious al fresco lunch fresh from the grill.
As you head out away from the home to explore the greater Lake Ozark area, take the short drive or boat ride to stop in for a meal at Tap & Grill Lakeside Brew Haus, the lake’s first and only lakefront micro brew pub, or discover all the shopping options at the Millstone Marina. Head out by boat to the Bagnell Dam to snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch and shopping on the strip located along the shoreline. A scenic cruise along the winding waterway in just about any direction will take you additional delicious dining options, including H. Toads and Franky & Louie’s, just to name a couple.
Indoors, soaring vaulted ceilings sit atop open spaces designed to maximize your downtime while keeping those preferential lake views front and center at all times. Sink into plush sofa seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV, the views keeping the ambiance relaxing all season long. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up all your favorite homecooked meals, with stainless steel appliances and plentiful countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Gather around the table to dine on your fare, afterward clearing the dishes to host a fun-filled family game night for the ages.
This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, jetted bathtub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, queen size bed, and smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, full size bed, and smart TV.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
things to note
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Garage and driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Parking available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle in the garage.
- Fire place is not for guest use
- This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the front door and actively monitoring the driveway.
- The boat slip will occupy the owners boat for the duration of all guest stays. The smaller slip is too shaloow to accomodate a boat. Please be aware that water levels around the dock can vary significantly, especially between January and April/May when lake levels are often lowered. During this time, the water may become extremely shallow or even nonexistent, causing the dock to rest on the ground.
